The Wildest Kardashian-Jenner Controversies Of 2021

Over the past year, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians family has had more than a few wild controversies come their way. Before 2021, the Kardashian-Jenner family was known for their several divorces, cheating scandals, and unlikely feuds. However, this year has been a roller coaster of highs and lows for the reality star family.

While the year started great with Kourtney Kardashian confirming her relationship with Travis Barker, things went south after Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from Kanye West after seven years of marriage and four children. Even Khloé Kardashian ended her relationship with Tristan Thompson after being together for four years on and off. While the end of the seemed to get better for the family with Kourtney and Travis’ engagement, things only got worse after.

Scott Disick’s DM Scandal

In August, Scott was put on blast by Kourtney’s ex-boyfriend Bendjima Younes after he shared a direct message exchange between the two regarding their mutual ex and her new boyfriend, Travis. The father of three reached out to Bendjima after several PDA-filled photos were published of Kourtney and Travis making out on a boat in Italy. Scott expressed his shock at how Kourtney was so touchy-feely with her new man. However, Bendjima wasn’t having any of it and quickly shut down the conversation, claiming he doesn’t care “as long as she’s happy.” He also told Scott to never call him his “bro.” Bendjima not only put Scott on blast, but it caused Amelia Hamlin to end their relationship.

Tristan Thompson’s Paternity Suit

In December, news broke that Tristan was involved with Maralee Nichols, who was reportedly his personal trainer. She claims the couple was involved in March of this year, and the pair conceived a child together, while Tristan was in a relationship with Khloé. According to court documents, the professional basketball player wanted Maralee to get genetic testing done and allegedly told her he didn’t plan on being involved in the child’s life. Maralee gave birth to their son earlier this month.

Travis Scott’s Astroworld Tragedy

In November, Travis Scott’s Astroldworld festival in Houston took a turn for the worst after a crowd surge took place that killed at least 10 people and injured more than 300. People began to compress towards the stage, causing several people in the crowd to practically suffocate. His partner and mother to his daughter Stormi, Kylie Jenner, was in attendance, as well as her sister, Kendall Jenner. While at the concert, Kylie shared a photo of the Astroworld crowd with an ambulance clearly showing, despite her saying she did not know the dangerous crowd surge that took place

This is just the tip of the iceberg in terms of the controversies that the Kardashian-Jenner family has endured this year. Hopefully, in 2022, the Kardashian-Jenner clan is less controversial.
