A Temporary Residence At Bieber’s $8.5 Million Pad

While the two are out house hunting, they temporarily reside at Bieber’s $8.5 million residence in Beverly Hills. Given all the glitz and glamour of the 6,100 square foot house, who in their right mind would ever want to leave? It truly has everything they’d want and more.

The Sun reports that every inch of the mansion has something to drool over. The $8.5 million house has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The 1930’s Monterey Colonial even comes equipped with a home theater in the basement, a swimming pool, and olive trees in the front courtyard. Baldwin and Bieber even added some house décor with a self-portrait of them blissfully happy on their wedding day. Baldwin and Bieber seem pretty comfortable in the Beverly Hills home.

Beverly Hills Is Too Crowded

As a young newlywed couple, it’s sometimes hard navigating what one other wants. Bieber and Baldwin seem to have surpassed that stage now and seem pretty confident in their decision to purchase their first starter home together. According to TMZ, The couple has been eyeing a mansion in Brentwood, which is currently owned by the CEO of Playboy Enterprises. Bieber and Baldwin might end up spending roughly between $18 and $20 million and on this property, and that’s not even including the cost needed for construction. Even though the Mediterranean mansion is near completion, it’s still not quite ready for them yet.

The smarter idea would be to wait until the construction of the house is finished but the couple is eager to move in. Apparently, the Yummy singer and model don’t have enough privacy where they currently live and need somewhere a little more secluded. We hope their elaborate starter home ends up being everything they hoped it would be.
