Priyanka Chopra is taking in all the LA sun she can get in her latest post on Instagram. The 39-year-old actress posed in a yellow plaid bikini that showed off her toned abs and legs. To complete the look, she wore glasses and gold hoop earrings. In one photo, Priyanka looks super relaxed and candid, while the other shows her laughing.

She captioned her post, “Instagram vs reality 😆”

Her followers could definitely relate to the caption, with one user commenting, “Both are vibes 🙌😍.” Another chimed, “They’re both so cute! ❤️ and that smile! 😍.” Even her hubby Nick Jonas shared his thoughts adding, “Damn 🔥.”

Wondering what Priyanka does to stay so fit? For starters, she doesn’t shy away from cardio.

She revealed to Pinkvilla that one of her go-to workouts is jumping rope. “I learned it really, really well in school,” she said. “I try to get my cardio in my skipping. It’s easy to carry, you have your skipping rope in your bag, it’s easy to do.”

In terms of how often she hits the gym, Priyanka shared that while she’d like to work out more often, she’s usually busy on set and ends up exhausted by the end of her workday. “Honestly, I work out only when I need to. My body responds very quickly to exercise, so I don’t need too long to tone up and get into shape,” she told Vogue India.

Plus, she told Women’s Health that she has to stay active to take on her own stunts. “I do all my fights myself. I trust my body and my instincts,” she said.

As for her diet, Priyanka knows that it’s all about balance and believes you shouldn’t have to set restrictions on yourself to be fit. “You don’t have to kill yourself in the gym,” she told WH. “You don’t have to starve yourself. I love having my pizzas and burgers and buffalo wings, on the side, for sure. But I like staying fit as well.”
